Benefibra Novafibra Liquid Intestinal Flora Supplement 12 Sachets

Benefibra Food supplement of PHGG fiber, soluble and non-gelling fiber that derives from an enzymatic hydrolysis process of Guar Gum. Guar gum chains are reduced in length and molecular weight by an enzyme called mannanase and the help of water molecules. In this way the fiber always remains liquid and, consequently, does not cause the possible drawbacks of other fibers such as psyllium ¹ and bran ² (swelling, flatulence, meteorism).
Benefibra is high in fiber: the daily dose allows the intake of 5 g of fiber, a valid help in cases where the intake of dietary fiber with the normal diet is reduced or when the need for fiber is increased.
Benefibra can also be taken by children over three years of age, pregnant women, the elderly and diabetics under medical advice.
It does not contain gluten.
PHGG (Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum)
Contained in Benefibra has a high ability to bind water, as if it were a sponge, and this ensures that the fiber always remains liquid. This avoids the annoying inconveniences related to fiber intake: unlike other fibers such as psyllium and bran, PHGG does not generally cause flatulence, bloating and bloating.
Furthermore, Benefibra does not interfere, in adults, with the absorption of the main micronutrients (calcium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, sodium, chlorine, magnesium, copper, potassium).
The sachets are pre-dosed and ready to drink, with a pleasant green apple taste.

Ingredients
Purified water; soluble fiber PHGG; apple flavor; stabilizers: maltitol; sorbitol; preservatives: potassium sorbate; sodium benzoate; acidifier: citric acid; sweetener: acesulfame K.

How to use
Take 1 sachet a day, preferably in the morning, for cycles of at least 4 weeks. It can be taken as it is, with the addition of water, mixed with fruit juices or yogurt.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.
