SOHN BROTH Preparation for broth and condiment with reduced sodium content and practically fat-free (0.3%). Vegetable preparation with vegetable proteins and vegetables (celery, carrots, onions and parsley). Compared to the traditional nut, it does not contain fat and provides less than half the average salt content.
It is useful in low-fat and low-sodium diets, as in cases of cardiovascular diseases, states of water retention, overweight.
Gluten free, lactose free.
Ingredients
Potassium chloride; sodium chloride; sodium glutamate; maltodextrin; dehydrated vegetables (celery, onion, carrot, parsley); potassium citrate; hydrolyzed vegetable proteins; magnesium carbonate; coloring: caramel.
How to use
To prepare a vegetable broth: dissolve in boiling water a tablespoon of BrdoSohn (about 12 g) to prepare half a liter of broth, a teaspoon (about 5 g) to prepare a cup. Preparation is instant.
To season dishes: sprinkle BrdoSohn with the tip of a spoon during preparation to give flavor to meat, egg, fish and vegetable dishes.
Warnings
In cases of severe renal insufficiency, low-sodium products must be used under medical supervision.
