WARNINGS
The use of benzydamine is not recommended in patients with hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid or to other NSAIDs. Administer with caution in subjects who suffer or have suffered in the past from episodes of bronchial asthma, as bronchospasm phenomena may occur in this type of patients. In a limited number of patients, oropharyngeal ulcerations can be a sign of more serious pathologies. Therefore, in the event that symptoms worsen or do not improve within three days, or if fever or other symptoms occur, the patient should contact their doctor or dentist as needed. The product contains aspartame, a source of phenylalanine, therefore it can be harmful to those suffering from phenylketonuria. The product contains isomalt, patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance should not take this medicine.

SIDE EFFECTS

PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING
There are no adequate data from the use of benzydamine in pregnant or breastfeeding women. The excretion of the product in breast milk has not been studied. Animal studies are insufficient to detect effects on pregnancy or breast-fed babies. The potential risk for humans is unknown. The medicine should not be used neither during pregnancy nor during breastfeeding.
INDICATIONS
Adults and children over 6 years. Local symptomatic treatment of pain and irritation of the mouth and throat.

DOSAGE
Adults and children over 6 years: one tablet 3 times a day. Do not exceed 7 days of treatment. Children 6-11 years: the product must be taken under the supervision of an adult. Children under 6 years: due to the type of pharmaceutical form, administration should be limited to children over 6 years of age. Oropharyngeal use. Slowly dissolve a lozenge in your mouth. Don't swallow. Don't chew.
ACTIVE PRINCIPLES
Each tablet contains 3 mg benzydamine hydrochloride (equivalent to 2.68 mg benzydamine).
