ThermaCare neck, shoulder and wrist wraps are indicated for muscle pain in the neck area, neck and shoulder muscle tension or wrist pain.

Self-heating bands for neck, shoulder and wrist, specially designed to adapt to these areas, are so thin that they are almost invisible under clothing .
The self-heating bands, which are activated in contact with the oxygen in the air, contain ingredients (iron, coal, salt and water) that develop constant heat. The ThermaCare band begins to heat up when the bag is opened, reaching the optimal temperature in the next 30 minutes. When applied for 8 hours , the moderate and constant temperature of the fascia provides prolonged pain relief.
It is indicated against muscle and joint pain due to fatigue and muscle tension, sprains, strains, arthritis. Suitable for chronic and occasional pain.
ThermaCare does not contain drugs .

How to use
Open the pouch immediately before use. ThermaCare will reach the correct therapeutic temperature in the next 30 minutes. Place on the painful area with the darker part of the cells facing the skin, fastening the band. For maximum action wear the headband for 8 hours. Do not wear a belt or tight clothing over the product.

Warnings
Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you notice any discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness or any other persistent change in the skin in the area where the product was worn, if the pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
The cells that generate heat contain iron (about 2 grams). If iron comes into direct contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately. Also in case of accidental ingestion consult a doctor.
Avoid heating the product in any way (e.g. microwave oven) or trying to heat it, as the band may catch fire.
Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
Do not use for more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period.
The heat wraps are for single use only.
