WARNINGS
During treatment it is not recommended to drink alcoholic beverages. In children under two years, the product should be administered only in case of real need and under the direct supervision of the doctor. After 5-7 days of treatment without noticeable results, consult your doctor. Aricodyltosse contains fructose. Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance should not take this medicine. Aricodyltosse contains 30 vol% ethanol (alcohol), e.g. up to 206 mg per serving, equivalent to 5.1 ml of beer, 2.1ml of wine per serving. It can be harmful to alcoholics. To be taken into consideration in pregnant or lactating women, children and high-risk groups such as people with liver disease or epilepsy.

SIDE EFFECTS
The administration of the drug can occasionally give rise to nausea, vomiting, dizziness and drowsiness, especially in case of overdose or in patients of very advanced age or carriers of diseases that already in themselves tend to cause drowsiness: in these cases it is generally sufficient to reduce the doses by resorting to the administration of drops, with which use is possible a greater dosage adaptability. PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING
There are no adequate data from the use of dextromethorphan in pregnant women. Animal studies are insufficient to detect effects on pregnancy, embryonic / fetal development, parturition or postnatal development. The potential risk for humans is unknown. The medicine should not be used during pregnancy and lactation.
INDICATIONS
Symptomatic treatment of non-productive coughs.

DOSAGE
Adults: 15 to 30 drops two to three times a day. Children: (2-4 years) 5 to 10 drops, two or three times a day.
